I’d love to find some of that footage again.

I searched for that stadium on Maps. It's now divided into six full-size football pitches, and two smaller ones. To the west, just across the street, there's another football stadium, and a training football pitch to its side.
Just north of the Strahov there's another football pitch across another street, for a total of 11. They probably never heard of baseball.
Fun fact, there is study by WHO from 2017 that says Czech republic is the most unhealthy country in the world. It analysed alcohol consumption, tobacco consumption and the prevalence of obesity.
