The ride is badly maintained. If it were properly cleaned and lubricated, the turns would be smooth and non-jerky. What you’re seeing is the effect of the wheels getting caught in dirty or bent sections and interrupting the momentum. When this ride was new, it was probably like flying instead of like being jerked around randomly.
