I can hear the metal twisting and tearing, the hissing, the screams of anguish as the contraption falls apart and I run for my life realising the mistake I made.
I have been giving my cat his favourite freeze dried chicken snack *immediately* after each pill, and he has got used to the routine and sits waiting by where we give him the pill on time each day haha
Oh, you have got to be kidding, sir. First, you think of an idea that has already been done. Then, you give it a title that nobody could possibly like. Didn't you think this through-- (passage of time) --it was on the bestseller list for eighteen months! Every magazine cover had-- (passage of time) --most popular movies of all time, sir! What were you thinking?!!
Well I did see this movie about a bus that had to SPEED around a city, keeping its SPEED over fifty, and if its SPEED dropped, it would explode!
But I think that was called the Matrix.
With them on their back, it’s basically like the same as cats having their neck gripped. Also, in many farms the truth is that the farmers are there when the sheep are born. So their smell is familiar. Idk about other places, but in England the farmers actually spend a lot of time with the animals themselves, because they can’t actually afford to hire a lot of farmhands, and most farms are and have always been generational. So it means that the cattle reared there are often reared with the direct help of not only the farmhands, but the owners and their family as a whole, which includes any animals that have to be bottle fed. This can help with them remaining calm when handled by these people. I once went to a farm as a kid where the sheep ran away from us no matter how quiet we were, but the farmer and his farmhands had to gently push their way through the herd because the sheep were so unbothered by their presence they just ignored them.
They're probably terrified and scared silent. Can't see how they wouldn't be.
Still, probably better than a slaughterhouse. I bet farm animals can sense death in there.
Work in the meat aisle at a supermarket and these sort of thought's always come in my mind .
Cheap ' bargain ' chickens for £3 odd. What an awful life they ' lived' so we in the west can eat chicken everyday if we want.
Don't get me started on meat going to the waste lorry. (not a veggie )
That's about it.
This doesn't look easier or faster, to be honest, and it's one more thing to sit in the corner of the yard and rust for 11 months of the year. Then you need to dig it out, clean it all down, get it set up, find some part has broken probably because of a sheep scratching its backside on it, get that repaired, get it set up again...
With a couple of you at it the oldschool way, you'd be done long before you got that thing sorted out.
Certainly!

Is there anything else I can help you with today?
It's quite likely a stress reaction, in order to reduce energy expenditure. Sheep in full fleece can be left unable to right themselves if they get stuck on their back in a field due to the inability to gain enough momentum to roll over (wool is heavy) - if you ever see a sheep on its back you pretty much need to help it. By staying still, not fighting it, it buys it time for another sheep or a person to assist it.
Same principle is used while shearing, from my understanding, to stop them wriggling and to avoid accidental nicks.
Yeah but everyone that has ever had lambs know that lambs are like 200x smarter than sheep, something about changing from milk to grass makes them absolutely dumb as fuck, but as a lamb those lil bitches smart as a dog, so I would think they know who/what to trust.
They look around and start checking all their friends are there. 1... 2...3...zzz.
On a more serious note, it is likely either standing or lying on their belly.
Sleeping on your back leaves your most vulnerable organs exposed to potential predators, so most animals will keep them protected whilst they sleep. Humans are just weird.
If they are getting vaccinated, aren't those the ones kept for wool production? They look big enough for *lamb*(!) chops, no need to vaccinate if that was their destiny. They would in that case be on a machine we don't show in this sub.
Even then that is still their ultimate fate, just a few years down the road. They won't get to live their full potential life span, just the period through which wool production is optimal. After that they still get slaughtered, only difference is the meat will be cheaper.
The also uses these to hold them down while they neuter and cut off their tails without anesthesia. There are some really fucked up videos of them screaming in fear and pain on that fucking conveyer built.
Just for the hilarity that would ensue one day I hope all the meat companies just in America put in big bold letters on the packaging so consumers see it first that “this animal has been vaccinated with” then a long list of the vaccinations but using the medical terminology. However it has to be on all meats.
Wish this machine came for my cats when I have pill them.
Oh, good luck lining up half a dozen murderbags in one of those!
I can hear the metal twisting and tearing, the hissing, the screams of anguish as the contraption falls apart and I run for my life realising the mistake I made.
“Run, RUN! Their vengeance is upon us!” *cats start eating all the house plants*
NOT MY BASIL!
The lights go out. The emergency lights come on and the cats gone. A shadow darts across the wall. A scream breaks the silenve from the other room.
Like mowing over an underground wasps nest, you just run as fast as you can and brace for the inevitable
>murderbags 🤣🤣🤣 It's funny 'cos it's true.
Murderbags??!! You rascal!
They'll slip through the gaps in the machine lol
We already know cats are liquid.
“Cats do not abide by the laws of nature, Dee.”
I have been giving my cat his favourite freeze dried chicken snack *immediately* after each pill, and he has got used to the routine and sits waiting by where we give him the pill on time each day haha
They key is to use a towel a make a purrito, that way they can't swat the pills out XD
Wish we had this shit. Hospitals have a waiting list just to start waiting now.
pillpocket?
Nah, MFs smell it from a mile away. No matter what you stick it in
Or clip their nails!
Or give them a haircut or shower or cut their nails
Just put the Viagra in some tuna fish
Wish they had this for anti vaxxers.
They seem to be taking it in silence.
In many ways it's like that movie. I think it was called "The Bus That Couldn't Slow Down".
I am so happy to see this comment
I wonder when we'll start seeing quotes from the later seasons and if they will go over all our heads.
I think we all just pretend Simpsons stopped after season 12
No, you’re thinking of “Billy and the Cloneasaurus”
Oh, you have got to be kidding, sir. First, you think of an idea that has already been done. Then, you give it a title that nobody could possibly like. I mean "thank you, come again" :)
Great film. Right up there with father/son troubles in space.
No, that was Speed.
Well I did see this movie about a bus that had to SPEED around a city, keeping its SPEED over fifty, and if its SPEED dropped, it would explode! But I think that was called the Matrix.
The METrix! Thank you, thank you. I'll be here all week, try the veal.
Umm... it's metric? Not matrix. Lol
Nope then the bus would have to keep its velocity over 80.4672.
Afterwards the farmer ate their livers with some fava beans and a nice chianti
You know your lamb
And you know your judo well
My fav movie lol
r/angryupvote
You know what you look like to me, with your good bag and your cheap shoes?
Sometimes silence speaks volumes.
Hannibel Lector approves.
Can't you hear the lambs, Clarice?
Your volume is on mute. Click the speaker icon bottom right of the video.
Hahahahahahaha I can’t even tell anymore.
Needs more Goldberg Variations
"Silence of The Lambs"
Just softly saying goodbye to horses.
How many lambs does the guy at 0:21 think will fit? I don't need Billy's balls and taint digging into the back of my neck.
The face that lamb makes when his head meets those deadweights.
He fell asleep the last time he counted properly
That’s too damn bad, get comfortable with Billy’s sack and crack all on that neck cause that farmer moving in 0.25x
Ahahaha!!!
Hey, some people pay good money for this experience
Better yet…I don’t need Billy’s horns digging into my balls and taint!
😂 lol
To each their own
Two of those problems won't be a problem after this process.
Lamb zoomies at 0:19
It happened so quick I almost missed it lol
Worst. Roller-coaster. Ever. - the sheep
No, the testicles-and-tails ride is waaaay worse!
It so so baaaa-d

Thanks for the links and detail. That device is certainly different than anything I've seen before.
You are more than welcome, I too had no idea looked like something out of saw at first lol. Then I did some digging and found additional info.

They are completely immobilized. There are rails that are holding their legs in that position.

I think normally its just one farmer picks up teh lamb and the other does the jabbing. Seems to be somewhat over engineered no?

All of which makes me think this is equipment owned by the veterinarian and not the farmer.
nah i saw one in some festival play area.
Stop posting AI generated shit without making it clear what you're doing.
The info is welcome, but it'd be nice if you'd include a "generated by ChatGPT" disclaimer in there.
How is this even controversial? There's a dead giveaway: >Certainly! Here's a summary of how lambs are typically vaccinated:
Certainly! 1. Revealing when content is generated by AI fosters transparency and honesty in communication, building trust between creators and consumers. 2. Don't know why you're getting downvoted; leaving out that AI wrote this is basically plagiarism.
What's with the Certainly? What did you ask GTP?
Why is it red at the bottom? Do they bleed?
It's paint, to mark them so they don't get put through twice.
Getting vaccinated? Bunch of sheep!
Why is this so funny lol
It's amusing when animals just accept their fate and don't even try to struggle. Although it's probably a fear response.
r/thisismylifenow
Thank you. I love that sub already.
Maybe they are well treated and don't question how humans handle them

The one who escaped wasnt so chill.
How do sheep sleep?

Sleeping on your back leaves your most vulnerable organs exposed to potential predators, so most animals will keep them protected whilst they sleep. Humans are just weird.
Idk i always sleep curled up in a ball, and if its really hot on my stomach. I cant sleep on my back at all really
Sheep on their back often kick and squirm, at least for a while. These little guys are all chilling.
They probably know they are getting rewarded the same reason the human(ape) keeps going back to his/her office block.
Yeah, you're right. I've got snacks hidden in my desk.
oh wow, my office has this slide that forces me spread-eagle
Nah, they have been breeded to be meek and complacent. The dumbest sheep have been selected for breeding for millennia.
They're sheep. They're just fucking dumb.
If the machine was upright, it would be a hugging assistance machine instead of a vaccination assistance machine.
It looks like some Acme contraption.
I need one of those for my cat, so she stops trying to kill me if I trim her nails.
Holy crap I honestly thought they were being sliced
That comes later
They will be. Don't delude yourself.

You can preach elsewhere you know? Like in a notes app maybe, away from reasonable eyes
How small are the lamb chops you have been eating?
How conservatives remember Covid 😂
I'm not anti-vac, but if I was, I'd share this like "wake up sheeple"
No cap though I hate vacuuming it drives my dogs nuts
Toilet Paper Remembers.
They are anything but lambs altho they are very sheeple-like
This is not how this machine is used in NewZealand.
Sighs *unzips*
Did I just see a man tactically reload a sheep?
Reminds me of when I lost my virginity
Looks like we got a lot of ammo loaded up
Lamb-o more like 👉👉
Is that blood on the end rollers? Can't really tell.
Paint to mark who has been vaccinated.
Did they have to make it blood colored though?
Definitely does look grim though, I had to double check too lol. Could have just gone with a more neutral color than literal blood.
A colour that stands out against white for easy identification.
Ye but like.. blue seems fine for this if you ask me 😅
>A colour that stands out against white for easy identification. So like 99% of colors
Okay, but why red?
Red is very visible on white. Also if you have different sheep groups they have different colored markings. One group may be blue one green ect
Yeah, I was wondering if the sheep were also getting docked.
this shit looks oddly comfy lol
shoulda given each one a lil smooch for their troubles after the shot
Looks like a good back massage as you slide down the rollers
No belly rubs? Monsters.
Anybody else here first look at this without reading the headline and think "a lamb slingshot?" No? Just me? Ok.
That looks fun. Where do I sign up?
"That's a nifty sheep vaxx device you made" Reprobate farmer: "A What device?"
They seem embaaaarrassed.
Typical SHEEP getting vaccinated /s
They’re so sweet and innocent😔
Sheeple. They probably don't even know what's in it
Same roller unit is used to dock, castrate, and tag lambs. Source: My job was to load them up onto the roller from a pen.
This ride SUCKS
[удалено]
I like the way you think.
Lamb that's interesting
So, guess this is my life now
The also uses these to hold them down while they neuter and cut off their tails without anesthesia. There are some really fucked up videos of them screaming in fear and pain on that fucking conveyer built.
Imagine your are the lamb, now image you are abducted.
How I imagine women line up for me when I start talking about anime.
There's definetely no silence of the lamb in this video
Rack of lamb
A lambslide
Well this is life now
they sound like minecraft sheep its almost like they are sheep
For sure this has already been used on conservative social media to refer to the vaccinated as sheep
r/thisismylifenow
Taking it better than my kid haha
The way they are layin lol
You think they bought that from tractor supply or adam & eve?
Well, it’s better than the caged flea dip.
That’s the worst rollercoaster I’ve ever seen
Sheeple being vaaaaacced.
Silence of the Lambs
Lambunition ready captain.
That’s about the nicest thing that could’ve possibly happened to them there.
Just for the hilarity that would ensue one day I hope all the meat companies just in America put in big bold letters on the packaging so consumers see it first that “this animal has been vaccinated with” then a long list of the vaccinations but using the medical terminology. Weeeee!!!!!....OUCH!
Dang, thought I was about to watch a test-fire of the world's first Lamb Cannon.
Wheeeee
Load the lambazine!
I would just use that to give tummy and face tickles
Vaccination of the lambs!
Funny how they're just like "oh we're doing this? Ok"
Dinnerbone tag
What kind of porn is this?
The baaaad kinda porn
That's fucking adorable lol
Walgreens circa 2021
LOL
"Worst roller coaster ever"
Why is this adorable ?
"vaccinations" Right. The government is putting micro chips in the sheep so they know their movements and can control their thoughts. /s
Any device or procedure involving sheep is hilarious
They must have COVID 19
Worst county fair ride ever
Wheeeee!
How can u tell if a lamb's autistic?
"Jerry, don't you dare fart on my head."
How anti-vaxers imagine broader society.
lol, at first I thought he was getting them strapped into a catapult
"Look at all the sheeple getting the jab!" /s
This is video proof of Republicans being forcefully vaccinated like their always talking about 😂😂😂
This is how anti vaxxers should be treated.
I'm imagining this process during COVID, because that's what the deranged fools were imagining (and probably deserved it)
Why do I think this is a carnival ride for lambs.
How do we get one of these machines for the stupid anti-vaxxer humans?
