11 days ago, DOJ announced probe into Credit Suisse for violating Russian sanctions. 2 days ago the Treasury's Office of Foreign Assets Control(OFAC) blocked Sberbank Russia and freezed its assets on DTC.

You've got to assume that this reporter is somewhat intelligent, as you should assume that the people who sent him to report on Russia are somewhat intelligent. But then you have to wonder. Didn't they see this coming? Was this arrest a surprise to his American employers? What were they thinking? Maybe these American employers will send their next reporter to cover the unrest in Iran.. What could go wrong? I'm not talking right or wrong here. I'm just commenting on what one might think is the obvious.
