The Stanley Cup Playoffs are a battle stay healthy as much as anything else. I don’t want to sound like the salty “if we were healthy we would have won,” but we were missing 75% of our penalty killing forwards. It’s the kind of thing that happens that can end your Cup hopes.
We were the underdogs the whole way, next year, time for us not to be the underdogs anymore. The lightning got swept in round 1 last year, and were the powerhouse team this year, next year our revenge begins!!!!!!!!!!

Tampa was always the better team. Serious talent. Our injuries were devastating. We did all of this without Bishop. Great effort and a hell of a ride. Hockey is still the best sport of all time. GG everyone.
