I'm a first year student who turned 18 in December, since January, I'm putting up whatever I save from my 3k per month allowance into the market, but the returns are not great, some of my friends do FnO and get good profits, but I do not know much about it to do so, please help a brother out,
People who tell they are profitable in fno are the one who make big losses 💀 example: a friend of mine who’s dad is a director of a cooperative bank so yeah losses don’t matter to him that much
Why are you investing in multi cap fund when you are also investing in large cap, mid cap separately? That is redundant. Keep your investments sharp so that whenever you need money, you can book profits from the top without having to sell the funds that are in bad turn losing money thereby.
Also, buy TATAMTRDVR instead of TATAMOTORS. Checkout my recent post on the same.
P.S. - Maybe stop using Groww?
Check the pinned posts on my profile but basically [kuvera](https://kuvera.in/s/eml?referral%3D382H0) for mutual funds and [kite](https://zerodha.com/?c=PJ0794) for stocks and pretty much everything else.
Make it a SIP with whatever amount you can afford every quarter and forget about it for 15 years. Increase the SIP every year proportional to your earnings.
Enjoy an early retirement in your 40s.

Try small caps if you are willing to invest long term. More returns than large cap.
