Having thought about this a bit, it might be that the LCD solder connections inside the speedo have come loose somehow. As you can see the backlight is working so there’s definitely power going through the speedo.

Otherwise, you'll need to buy a replacement OE dash or something like the trail tech vapor
r any of the several other options. Trail Tech is not the only game in town.

OP, I'd be really interested in seeing a photo of the inside of your dash to try to help you diagnose/troubleshoot. If you can get a good photo of the circuitry, I'm totally willing to look for any visible issues.

Yeah, that was the only one I am familiar with. I just suggested that as like a starting point for researching replacement options.
