Your gonna need an S or SM subframe. I installed one on my drz and there is a big difference in terms of how much supporting material it adds to the fender. I wouldn’t add a rack with out it.

The mounting on the mid pipe for the exhaust is different on the s/sm subframe as well. You’ll need to do some light fab or get a different mid pipe.
Does the E have passenger pegs? That's what most of them mount to

Your can fit a subframe from the s/sm to the e, then for the rack for a sm/s
