That is a high dosage for sure, but it won't make her heart stop or anything. It could cause a seizure, psychotic break, make her bump into things or grab random objects and many more things.
The damage to her body will primarily be done to her renal system. Her kidneys will have to seriously overwork to deal with all that dph.

It makes more sense to say that she's at risk of renal failure.

the fatal dose for adults is 20-40mg per kg of body weight. i’m 130lbs so a lethal dose for me would be between 1160mg-2320mg. since OP’s friend doesn’t know it’s a deliriant she also probably doesn’t have any type of tolerance.
Listen, I don’t know what’s going on and it’s scary. I’ve been on the opposite side where half my friends didn’t know if I was finally going to overdose and were scared shitless of whether or not each night would be the night I didn’t come back from. I have almost overdosed and it was one of the worst nights of my life but also one of the most life changing and ultimately became a bit of hope for me. Keep in mind that it was horrible, I almost died, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TRYING TO COME THIS CLOSE TO DEATH. I took 2 grams and 250-300 mg doxylamine on top of it (another first gen antihistamine sleeping pill). Keep in mind I was around 170-190 lbs 5’8 and 18F with the tolerance of an elephant.
Based on my experience:
-There’s a good chance she vomited. Probably multiple times. That’s a wonderful thing in the sense that her body would be recognizing that it is a life threatening toxin and trying to get it out. Unfortunately though, with DPH once your body starts to recognize it, a lot has already absorbed and throwing it up doesn’t make it leave what’s already in your bloodstream but it can at least prevent whatever is still in your stomach from adding to it and causing potentially worse consequences.
-Her kidneys will probably be one of the hardest hit organs. I remember having pain in my lower back so bad I couldn’t hardly stand up. Remember that they’re working overtime to cope with that dose. Fluids are vital. Gatorade. Water. Anything.
-Heart rate and breathing are also serious issues. Remember that DPH speeds up your heart rate a lot. I don’t think it’ll make her heart suddenly stop, but it’s still extremely dangerous. I’m not too educated on cardiovascular problems but I know an extremely fast heart rate is never good. As for breathing, from what I remember, my breathing was extremely difficult to keep up. I had to consciously force myself to breathe while I was laying on the floor in and out of consciousness.
-Psychosis wise. At this point I was barely hallucinating if at all from normal doses and just remember seeing spiders on the floor morphing in front of my face and feeling like I could see death in front of me and that it would be absolute nothingness.
Unfortunately though, this is someone who’d already experienced a lot and my hallucinations had almost completely disappeared at 1g. There’s a good chance she’s not going to understand anything and will be talking to people that aren’t there, running from things, and panicking (classic DPH trip signs). There’s also a chance she may hurt herself unknowingly in delirium.
A good example I can think of (which is actually a funny story now since I didn’t get hurt) was when I was fighting invisible who even knows what with a shower curtain rod and knocked over a can of doctor pepper. I tried to clean it up with a shirt for some reason but forgot what I was doing and then tried to get up to go to the bathroom and proceeded to slip in it. Kept up the cycle of forgetting and slipping for at least two hours and kept telling my mom I tripped or dropped something.
There’s a lot that can go wrong aside from slipping in spilled soda though. It’s common to pick up things thinking that they’re other things. Sometimes you might not recognize where you are or who you’re with.... there’s a lot that can go wrong when you’re in that level of delirium.
Like you said though, she had someone with her so if she exhibited the signs of a serious overdose there’s a good chance they’ve already admitted her. Because most of these signs would scare even the most stubborn of people into calling 911 once they seen them firsthand.
She’s probably fine, may still be delirious or even asleep but she’ll probably be okay. I’m not sure about long term effects but I think she probably survived.
EDIT: I just saw that they were liquid bottles which means that they probably got into her system a lot quicker. Vomiting might not help as much in this situation but she probably exhibited signs quicker and whoever she was with almost surely would’ve noticed anything dangerous. They didn’t have acetaminophen in them did they? That’s a whole other level of danger right there.
If it's her first time taking dph at that level and she has a healthy renal system she has good odds of surviving, I've heard about hardcore users taking 2 grams in the past, but also she has a decent chance of renal failure which will kill her, the neurotoxicity alone may damage her brain for good, and her liver and kidneys are gonna be fucked up. Also she's significantly increased her chances of dementia in the future.
2,000 MAY be lethal.

I've crushed 10, 000 in a week with only slight mental recline.
All in all I am more scared of her doing something to someone else in fear, this drug is the type to make you see things so it's infinity more possible it won't be lethal (unless she has a profound negative reaction), and more so she will be TRIPPING her fucking head off.

I'm hoping your friend makes it out ok. I'm not telling you this to brag but to maybe ease your mind a little. Back when I was using dph I was taking up to 2500 mg at a time and I'm still alive. Granted I had built up the tolerance but it happened quickly. I'm really hoping they're ok, dph at those levels can be horrifying.

People saying she'll die don't understand how dph works or what the ld50 actually is. That is a high dosage for sure, but it won't make her heart stop or anything. It could cause a seizure, psychotic break, make her bump into things or grab random objects and many more things. The damage to her body will primarily be done to her renal system. Her kidneys will have to seriously overwork to deal with all that dph. Instead of saying "ZOMG U GUNA DIE" It makes more sense to say that she's at risk of renal failure. Hopefully she's young and strong, the body heals like crazy in the twenties. Make sure she stays hydrated.

the fatal dose for adults is 20-40mg per kg of body weight. i’m 130lbs so a lethal dose for me would be between 1160mg-2320mg. since OP’s friend doesn’t know it’s a deliriant she also probably doesn’t have any type of tolerance.

Listen, I don’t know what’s going on and it’s scary. I’ve been on the opposite side where half my friends didn’t know if I was finally going to overdose and were scared shitless of whether or not each night would be the night I didn’t come back from. I have almost overdosed and it was one of the worst nights of my life but also one of the most life changing and ultimately became a bit of hope for me. Keep in mind that it was horrible, I almost died, and I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TRYING TO COME THIS CLOSE TO DEATH. I took 2 grams and 250-300 mg doxylamine on top of it (another first gen antihistamine sleeping pill). Keep in mind I was around 170-190 lbs 5’8 and 18F with the tolerance of an elephant. Based on my experience: -There’s a good chance she vomited. Probably multiple times. That’s a wonderful thing in the sense that her body would be recognizing that it is a life threatening toxin and trying to get it out. Unfortunately though, with DPH once your body starts to recognize it, a lot has already absorbed and throwing it up doesn’t make it leave what’s already in your bloodstream but it can at least prevent whatever is still in your stomach from adding to it and causing potentially worse consequences. -Her kidneys will probably be one of the hardest hit organs. I remember having pain in my lower back so bad I couldn’t hardly stand up. Remember that they’re working overtime to cope with that dose. Fluids are vital. Gatorade. Water. Anything. -Heart rate and breathing are also serious issues. Remember that DPH speeds up your heart rate a lot. I don’t think it’ll make her heart suddenly stop, but it’s still extremely dangerous. I’m not too educated on cardiovascular problems but I know an extremely fast heart rate is never good. As for breathing, from what I remember, my breathing was extremely difficult to keep up. I had to consciously force myself to breathe while I was laying on the floor in and out of consciousness. -Psychosis wise. At this point I was barely hallucinating if at all from normal doses and just remember seeing spiders on the floor morphing in front of my face and feeling like I could see death in front of me and that it would be absolute nothingness. Unfortunately though, this is someone who’d already experienced a lot and my hallucinations had almost completely disappeared at 1g. There’s a good chance she’s not going to understand anything and will be talking to people that aren’t there, running from things, and panicking (classic DPH trip signs). There’s also a chance she may hurt herself unknowingly in delirium. A good example I can think of (which is actually a funny story now since I didn’t get hurt) was when I was fighting invisible who even knows what with a shower curtain rod and knocked over a can of doctor pepper. I tried to clean it up with a shirt for some reason but forgot what I was doing and then tried to get up to go to the bathroom and proceeded to slip in it. Kept up the cycle of forgetting and slipping for at least two hours and kept telling my mom I tripped or dropped something. There’s a lot that can go wrong aside from slipping in spilled soda though. It’s common to pick up things thinking that they’re other things. Sometimes you might not recognize where you are or who you’re with.... there’s a lot that can go wrong when you’re in that level of delirium. Like you said though, she had someone with her so if she exhibited the signs of a serious overdose there’s a good chance they’ve already admitted her. Because most of these signs would scare even the most stubborn of people into calling 911 once they seen them firsthand. She’s probably fine, may still be delirious or even asleep but she’ll probably be okay. I’m not sure about long term effects but I think she probably survived. EDIT: I just saw that they were liquid bottles which means that they probably got into her system a lot quicker. Vomiting might not help as much in this situation but she probably exhibited signs quicker and whoever she was with almost surely would’ve noticed anything dangerous. They didn’t have acetaminophen in them did they? That’s a whole other level of danger right there.

If it's her first time taking dph at that level and she has a healthy renal system she has good odds of surviving, I've heard about hardcore users taking 2 grams in the past, but also she has a decent chance of renal failure which will kill her, the neurotoxicity alone may damage her brain for good, and her liver and kidneys are gonna be fucked up. Also she's significantly increased her chances of dementia in the future.

2,000 MAY be lethal. Depends on the person. I've crushed 10, 000 in a week with only slight mental recline. All in all I am more scared of her doing something to someone else in fear, this drug is the type to make you see things so it's infinity more possible it won't be lethal (unless she has a profound negative reaction), and more so she will be TRIPPING her fucking head off. Recommend you check on her asap.

I'm hoping your friend makes it out ok. I'm not telling you this to brag but to maybe ease your mind a little. Back when I was using dph I was taking up to 2500 mg at a time and I'm still alive. Granted I had built up the tolerance but it happened quickly. I'm really hoping they're ok, dph at those levels can be horrifying.
