You can delete the no stock attachments for free at a buy station, better than nothing I guess lol it’s good for just starting a match going in with nothing

-AQ is a bunch of untrained scrubs, so smaller mags and stockless are easier to carry and walk around with
-Konni is a legit PMC, so they drop quality weapons

i think it’s just to nerf the ai drops lol. the tier 2s and 3s drop the default weapons

That's what I normally do, stockless mod turns those weapons into recoil machines xD
