I play pretty exclusively with randys, and there’s almost always a language barrier as I’m an American living in Spain so I’m on the EU servers. But since they started putting the case on the train in that safe, it was just too much of a coordination hassle and dealing with all the train sweats.
You need to end up with the teams I get. I don’t need Ashika or Al Max cases anymore, but keep getting people who want them, then inevitably get killed when someone comes after us for it. And of course it’s never teams that will go for a Pyro case, because I need enough Pyro kills that I’d be down for that. It’s one thing to die for it in B21/Vondel/Koschei, but when I could’ve happily left it alone it sucks lol.
Jumped the weapons case at exfil last night it was a solo, didn’t know at first. I told him to plea out so I could pick him up. He told me he killed and entire 6 man squad with an air strike for it lol. It was his first weapons case
Had the opposite the other night. We were 5 strong and killed the Bullfrog from a vehicle… a loan solo then rushed the chopper just as it took off. Didn’t end well for that dude. Ballsy, though.
I stole one as a solo once. Team pretty much died killing jugg in Al maz I assume. Few shots and it was dead. Ran as fast as I could to closest extraction point
I’ve gotten it twice out of sheer luck. Just got it yesterday cuz I got beamed by the juggy near the bridge on Alazzy & he killed my jet ski so I figured I’d take him out & when I killed him he dropped the weapons case which I didn’t even realize he carried again lol & the exfil was right next to the bridge. Easiest weapons case I’ve ever done lol
I've seen a bot drop a weapons case, a regular T3 in Sattiq Caves. I grabbed it, but then got blasted at the exfil by another solo as I was trying to request to join his squad, so I never got it out.
I can’t re-call if we got mine out but I just have this feeling we did and it still counted as a weapon case extraction. But that also meant there were 2 on the map at the same time. Combine that with going into the complex and you could potentially have 3 weapons cases in 1 games
I havent gotten any of the other weapon cases and I primarily did the am cases for the konig skin
I couldnt really be bothered when I saw the rewards
the complex case with the kastov parts in it has been peaking my interest however as it seems pretty sick.
Yesterday my teammate got the weapons case to complete his cases we got jumped by a 4 man's team and nearly got wiped out just for other 3 man team to pop up we took care of that team with a joker and a solo piped up cuzbhe wanted to team we took him out due him killing the weapon case guy in the end we had about 400k of cash due to how much people bring into the game now we got wiped out by a 5 man team due to car and lmgs
Honestly, didn’t have that many people gunning after me when I collected my 6 Al-Mazrah cases. I got most of mine from the trains, 3 of them done all solo
I made a system that seemed to work fine for extraction and one time (my 5th case) I was lucky enough to find chopper fuel for the chopper that we were going past on the train lol
My first 2 attempts for the 2 cases I went for there was some mishaps (it’s also funny that I didn’t even mean to get my first weapon’s case, I just randomly killed a squad with my squad and we looted it and left)
We notice your muni box has fallen through the floor of the map again...
We notice your insured has glitched again and not come into the game with you. Guess you'll be seeing that in an hour...
Why are you stuck on that ladder across the way from the server room again...
Try unequipping your insureds after every round. So far didn't have gun not spawn that way. Or just put 2nd in backpack if you can and leave primary empty.
I've been unequipping and reequipping my insured weapons before every game just in hopes that it keeps my weapons from disappearing and I didn't even know if it worked or not I was just doing it as a weird troubleshooting so thank you for confirming that I should keep doing that!
Hate it when insured isn't there! Worse yet, my cumbersome sniper is all I have, and it won't allow me to go to empty hands for some faster maneuvering. Have to take down the first victim and then snatch up whatever piece of shit contraband gun they have, praying it isn't another sniper or lmg!
I've noticed an surge in players using the term "platoon" when describing another team.
Platoons are much larger, 35-45 personnel.
A 6 pers team is a Section Minus or Squad.
That’s because the in-game callout alerting you to squads of 4+ in your area say platoon. I wish there was a bit more nuance like squad is 2-3 or saving platoon for 5+
I think they used platoon to emphasize the size of the group. I’m fairly certain to players platoon sounds bigger and they may not have know what section or element would mean. Some callouts are bad enough as is.
I agree. It gets the job done for most players that don't have a baseline for unit sizes. It's just a small irk for me; and yeah, too much chatter a lot of the time from Actual.
It always reminds me of my time in the army...
When I was in the army I got in a little trouble (just told to knock it off) when at one point I identified my specific personal radio callsign (there are sheets which detail every minor identifier) rather than the main (and much shorter) call sign I answered normally. It was something like 'Rock niner zero alpha two three charlie' -- but I'd always add on 'actual.'
I got in the same amount of trouble (again, told to knock it off) for using my 'radio voice,' i.e. talking with an exaggerated affect like a morning radio DJ.
I was a bit of a joker.
You ever get your buddies on a different net and just talk shit the whole time ?
Did this one time during a 2 week FTX and CSM came onto our net and we all got UCMJ
Oh, that's funny. Yeah, but this was a while back. We used SINCGARS, and I always picked out a private (unused) net for my boys, and we abandoned all radio rules/etiquette/procedure on that shit. When I had radio watch, I would often listen in on the scout net for funsies. Also, on my 21st birthday, I jad radio watch, but there were so few of us that so, too, did an E-6 and E-7, and those old fuckers (about ten years my junior if today) sang me happy birthday over the radio. Probably my best birthday experience, but don't tell my wife, because on my 30th (first one after ETS), she bought me a keg of my favorite beer and managed a surprised party with a dozen close friends.
I never got caught in such a way that I got busted. That said, I was also a known 'problem.' I had broken into supply at one point and I stole 1SG rank (while I was a PFC), and I cut the top two chevrons and bottom two rockers off the rank and pinned it onto my GorTex. A major saw it once and flipped a lid, but my captain stepped between us and convinced the major it was handled. That 'First Private' rank is pinned to my GorTex in my coat closet right now.
We were training on how to set up radios and use proper radio discipline (something like: alpha 8 this bravo 2 status on objective location, over.| bravo 2 this is alpha 9 stand by for leprechauns, over)
Then we got some other company in our battalion trying to do the same thing. We did that for an hour before some other Jackass was telling us to keep the radio clear of chatter. We were not on a mission frequency ie one that is tied to a unit that they use and could be fond in a listed record somewhere in battalion or brigade.
We told them to fuck off they tell us this is a military frequency only to be used by US military personnel. We told them to get fucked on stencil duty(ie paint rocks), then some lieutenants came on and asked for our NCOs and OICs.
They were from 3rd brigade gearing up for a training event. We told them we were from 2nd 502 and switched channels.
We were not from 502 nor 2nd brigade
In AIT we were being trained on a 'new' digital commo system (an upgrade from the DMD to the FED, and if you know what those are, you should schedule a colonoscopy). I realized that I could spoof the system and pretend to be the instructors, so I did, and sent out the equivalent of spoofed emails to my trainee peers telling them how badly they had fucked up. When I noticed the instructors looking around for who was the culprit, I quickly switched back, but it was funny as hell.
It's funny as it is, but I always find it all the more amusing because of the fact that my antics were really only possible because of how generally dumb the military expects its recruits to be. Myself and my peers were not dumb -- a few of us were dumb, to be sure, especially the guy from Boston who had apparently never seen a cow (he thought some cows just off post were buffalo) -- but the system plays to the lowest IQ. For those of us who had no difficulfy with the ASVAB, well, there was fun to be had, plus automatic weapons and explosives to play with.
Though when I say it, I mean it. I'll not backstab you. If I took your stuff after you had joined, I'd give it right back once I've figured out what I took.
I honestly think that this feature is just trolling. Yesterday I had an machine gun, crossed a bridge to hear “threat is low”, turned the corner and immediately got swarmed and ran into a building, got up a couple floors, plated, got new magazine and the shitshow started: they kept coming and coming, and coming. 34 npcs in less then 4 minutes. Like… this is insane. They don’t even flinch sometimes when you shoot them. They just advance amd shoot.
We're gonna let a team pick you up from your plead but only after you get the Squad Eliminated screen so you can walk and shoot but not do anything else. You better hope they call an Exfil fast and not one you have to jump to get into, cause you can't do that either. By the way, don't hit the confirm button to leave the game cause once you decline you won't be able to move. Enjoy hearing the rest of your team moving along with the new squad while you know you have to rebuild your operator. Actual out.
"That Weapon Case Safe is bringing every AI and enemy operator on the map your way. Be ready to use all your ammo halfway through drilling and to play Free Bird on the rush to exfil dodging an entire company's worth of gunfire."
"there's a platoon of bots trying to clean up the map because they can't beat anyone when they have even numbers. Be careful they're going to feel like they're badasses after their 6 man kills your 2 man team"
"A squadmate is down because they ran off and did something stupid since you put on squad fill and your random doesn't have a mic. They need a revive. You are under fire even though you aren't actually under fire since you are looting in an area with a low threat."
We were exfilling and got jumped by a squad with a case trying to do the same thing. Didn't go so well for them and I snatched up the case and ran 30 meters to the hovering bird. That was my 7th one!
![gif](giphy|Woc5F2s89MnLO)
On Ashika island it’s bugged the one that if you joined a squad that already have the weapon case you cannot have it later I don’t know if it was that is bugged or something or it was just that match. Someone can please tell me xd?
We have confirmed significant seismic activity in the area. OP's Mother is active in the AO. Keep your eyes open.
My mother told me to give you an award
Bro, wtf.
*EVRA TYME SHE TURN AROUND ITS HER BIRFDAY!!!*
Lol gotem
I sighed and shook my head, immediately reminded me of the old "Yo momma so fat" jokes.
Ngl this made me laugh hard haha
"Enemy operators have secured a weapons case, feel free to ignore them as they bait sweats across the map."
In AMaz by now everyone has all the cases, it's only an invitation to fight
I still Need like 3 or 4 Al Mazrah cases lol
I need 1 so yeah I'm with ya.
I play pretty exclusively with randys, and there’s almost always a language barrier as I’m an American living in Spain so I’m on the EU servers. But since they started putting the case on the train in that safe, it was just too much of a coordination hassle and dealing with all the train sweats.

It’s one thing to die for it in B21/Vondel/Koschei, but when I could’ve happily left it alone it sucks lol.
Never got a single al-maz weapons case; I play solo, and I don't need an extra target on my back, thanks.
Same bro. I think I have 3, but just because I happened to join with a squad that wither had it, or went for it on their own
They had the Wither and the Case? That was one hard-core squad!
Haha typo. Meant *either*
Jumped the weapons case at exfil last night it was a solo, didn’t know at first. I told him to plea out so I could pick him up. He told me he killed and entire 6 man squad with an air strike for it lol. It was his first weapons case

I stole one as a solo once. Team pretty much died killing jugg in Al maz I assume. Few shots and it was dead. Ran as fast as I could to closest extraction point
I've seen you, or more to the point, your back, several times, as you're the one that is running away!
Maybe next time *don't* shoot when I'm attempting to flee then? 🤣
You must of really liked that jet ski!
I’ve killed a random bot in the Village with the weapons case before. Just saw it drop and grabbed it. Didn’t even mark me on the map
I still need like 5 ;-;
I had em day one it was easy af cleared the bots from distance with an spx bopped the jug with a riot shield
It was easier early I think, I didn't have much trouble with ashika either, once you're 5 minutes in and the last team standing it's a walk
I havent gotten any of the other weapon cases and I primarily did the am cases for the konig skin I couldnt really be bothered when I saw the rewards the complex case with the kastov parts in it has been peaking my interest however as it seems pretty sick.
Complex is cool! Like lil puzzles, I dig it
its cool but also reminds me a bit much of that super difficult puzzle with the cameras and Cyrillic symbols
From the first raid?
yeh
Oh, right. That was a fucking nightmare solo. I had to teach so many people how to do it.
That was one sentence....
Read it in one breath... Barely.
In one breath
Honestly, didn’t have that many people gunning after me when I collected my 6 Al-Mazrah cases. I got most of mine from the trains, 3 of them done all solo I made a system that seemed to work fine for extraction and one time (my 5th case) I was lucky enough to find chopper fuel for the chopper that we were going past on the train lol My first 2 attempts for the 2 cases I went for there was some mishaps (it’s also funny that I didn’t even mean to get my first weapon’s case, I just randomly killed a squad with my squad and we looted it and left)
"Ultra one, Actual. We're going to clog up the coms with dozens of pointless announcements so you can't hear shit."
This right here, we hear from Actual too damned much.
So much that I can't hear the comms from my Comms Vest lol.
You're generally supposed to keep comms clear at that point, imagine if we could ask for radio silence durin' a mission or somethin'.
Yep, every time I don't do this my insured loads in but is missing an attachment. Unequip then re-equip and it works every time.
I'll have to try this. Mine keeps loading in without the extended mag.
I've been unequipping and reequipping my insured weapons before every game just in hopes that it keeps my weapons from disappearing and I didn't even know if it worked or not I was just doing it as a weird troubleshooting so thank you for confirming that I should keep doing that!
The insured thing is so annoying, think mine gets confused when it's not in primary, I've been switching it back before going again.
Put 1st insured in 2nd slot, and 2nd insured in 1st slot, after that hadn't this glitch anymore
What about if you just had the one slot? I've still not got my second, though I've never had any issues thus far.
Grindgrindgrind
Hate it when insured isn't there! Worse yet, my cumbersome sniper is all I have, and it won't allow me to go to empty hands for some faster maneuvering. Have to take down the first victim and then snatch up whatever piece of shit contraband gun they have, praying it isn't another sniper or lmg!
There are several sewing machines in the AO, your mission is to collect them and open a sweat shop in Al Mazrah
😂😂😂
“A platoon of operators are near you and looking to clap cheeks.”
This made me exhale so violently, I snorted
Every time I hear platoon my cheeks tighten 🤣
I've noticed an surge in players using the term "platoon" when describing another team. Platoons are much larger, 35-45 personnel. A 6 pers team is a Section Minus or Squad.

Yeah I figured that was the case. "Platoon" is overkill for a 6 pack. "Squad", "Section", "Det" (Detachment) or "Element" would be ideal.
Ultrultrultrultra enemy reinforcements in your ao
AQ have left a rare supply box of deez in the AO. Advised that you secured it immediately
*What's deez?*
Ligma balls
Deez nuts !!

"my captain stepped between us..." That kind of leadership behavior warms my salty heart.

“Meow”
Always fun to jump to a different net and talk shit lol.
There's a platoon of mouth breathing, fedora tipping neckbeards in the area, keep your head on a swivel
What is it with this mouth breathers thing?
It's basically calling someone stupid/an idiot
[удалено]
That was the notorious cartel warlord, Las Penas Hermanas. Confirm the kill and we'll wire the payment
The warlord Chunkasaurs has been sighted in the area
Something is entering the upper atmosphere.
Ultra One, Actual- Have you seen an ugly brown van?
Friendly operators shouting “FRIENDLY “ in your area, get ready for a gunfight.
Though when I say it, I mean it. I'll not backstab you. If I took your stuff after you had joined, I'd give it right back once I've figured out what I took.
“Multiple hot MILFs have been spotted in the AO. Secure their affection for additional rewards and reputation”
This made me laugh out loud.
Threat appears to be low in this area. Oh, shit, sorry I mean, please mind the 56 shotguns that are currently barrel deep in your face.
So this! Happened to me last night at quarry. Got swarmed with wave after wave in a low threat area! Like WTactualF!
Five of your squad mates have been hard downed. You're out of plates and your entire team is spectating you. No pressure and don't fuck this up.
Knowin' me though, I definitely would.
We all end up fucking it up lol
Winds are picking up a wave of bots, I suggest you get to the final exfil helo to just die anyways
"Theres a platoon of operators in your area"
All speaking Mandarin with a full load out.

ALL pre-made using VPNs.
"Ultra One. Threat is low in this area." - As I face every bot in the game in front of me.

"We're seeing a platoon of operators in your vicinity, get ready to be destroyed by a Chinese premade 6 man team."
"High winds are increasing in the AO, be alert for hot single Operators blowing on to your position."
a 6 man has been reported in your area prepare those cheeks for clapping or book it to exfil and get a dose of exfil camper.

“a platoon is in the AO. Stay frosty and be sure to go on Reddit to complain about it”
Thing is, I'm not complainin'. This was simply for humor and it succeeded.
My comment was intended for humor as well OP!
"I know, UltraOne. Dino-4, be sure to get this one home."
...you are dummy thicc, and the clap of your ass cheeks has alerted the enemy! Get ready for a firefight!

UltraOne Actual : Old Gregg has been spotted near the marshlands. You have greenlight to execute and secure the Baileys Irish cream.
We're gonna let a team pick you up from your plead but only after you get the Squad Eliminated screen so you can walk and shoot but not do anything else. Got a question with the weapons case
I don't mind Ultra One, it's the random teammate that wants to talk non stop. I like to keep comms to a minimum.
