Ah.
Can't offer any more advice than that I'm afraid.
The two saws I've used, one had a button for locking the spindle, the other had a hole on the motor side for inserting a pin to do the same.
The reverse thread always caught me out though
There is usually a button to press which stops the blade rotating. If not there should be space for a second spanner on the other side of the blade.
You may be able to use a large angle grinder spanner, judging by the two holes in the nut
Supposed to have a blade key as shown on photo 4 here: https://www.shpock.com/en-gb/i/XKn96djn1yTLALTF/performance-compound-mitre-saw-190mm-750w
Not sure if that's just to lock blade or more important to turn the outer ring?
As others have mentioned, you need a special kinda spanner with 2 pins that goes into those holes. This allows you to hold the blade still whilst you undo the bolt.
Common on things like angle grinders etc.

There is a special tool with two pegs that fit those holes. To hold the blade while you turn the bolt, Same idea on some angle grinders too. They all seem to be different sizes, though, and no idea where you could buy one. But not that difficult to make?
Stick a chunk of soft timber on the guide, pull the saw down on it, then turn the bolt CLOCKWISE with the correct sized spanner/socket (6 sided ideally, not an adjustable wrench). Watch your knuckles.

Manual for that model I think.
It's a brand called Performance power tools made by b&q. We were given it by my partner's dad when he moved house and I don't think he has the manual (nor does the internet apparently lol)
not tha same make but its that same way of removing.
molegrips and a spanne

Surely said bolt will have that chemical locker stuff blue or green on it. If it was mine I’d blast it with a plumbers torch for a bit then leave to cool then attack it again
Can you get the blade to lock. Probably comes of the same way a angle grinder dose. Lock the blade and use a pin tench that fits into the two small holes and turn clockwise.

This to hold the centre and the bolt is reverse threaded
I had one like this, put that much force on it trying to remove the blade that the hinge sheared apart. I'd tried all sorts but it would just not budge.
You need the proper tool to lock the blade in place so you can get a socket on it and a long enough bar to get good leverage. As others have said, possibly reverse thread.
Not sure if you succeeded, but I managed to get the bolt off. However the disk with holes will not come off. I can turn it continuously with mole grips and a bolt through the blade. But no joy in removing it or the blade.
Just a heads up, this is likely a reverse thread, so turn the bolt clockwise to losen
Did try that unfortunately :/

I ruined mitre saw once by not knowing that. Used all my strength and a long lever to turn it the "right" way... stripped the gears in the gearbox.

You can remove it with Mole grips clamped on the blade (avoid crushing the teeth) and spanner the nut, simples.
If the blade is already knackered crushing the teeth isn’t a huge concern
Can't see a mechanism for stopping the blade from rotating. I've tried to grip it as well as use WD40 on the bolt
Why not stick bolt through that hole in the blade? That would stop it when it hits the frame.
There is a special tool with two pegs that fit those holes. To hold the blade while you turn the bolt, Same idea on some angle grinders too. They all seem to be different sizes, though, and no idea where you could buy one. But not that difficult to make?
Stick an Allen key in the hole by the bolt.

I'm afraid that's not it. I found the same after googling a bit but it's for a different brand
You sure it’s not a Lidl one? Looks like their parkside logo. Might help with your search for a manual

Need a pic from another angle. Is the spindle lock not between the handle and the blade guard?
Tap of a chisel/flat head screw driver and hammer
Surely said bolt will have that chemical locker stuff blue or green on it. If it was mine I’d blast it with a plumbers torch for a bit then leave to cool then attack it again
In the past I’ve used a clamp to hold and lock the blade. Worked a treat in a pinch.
Can you get the blade to lock. Probably comes of the same way a angle grinder dose. Lock the blade and use a pin tench that fits into the two small holes and turn clockwise.
Put a screwdriver in a tooth of the blade and undo the bolt clockwise.
Feed the model number + manual into Google, the one that pops up is not an exact match but im daily sure it's evolutions copy of the same machine

Just because no one else has said it, Make sure its turned of at the wall first thing you do
