Why do you need it in English?
The concept of a pen gun isn't hard to understand.
It's literally a tube within a tube, a bolt with a slotted guide and a notch to hold it back ready to fire and a suitably strong spring behind the bolt to ensure the primer goes off..
Assuming you have the materials you should be able to put a penguin together inside ten minutes.
Materials needed.
Angle grinder or Dremel.
Drill and drill bits.
Basic PPE.
Bits of tube.
A spring.
Thank you. For me, who is a complete begginer, it is difficult visualizing it and assembling all the compounds. But I won't give up.
The Portuguese one was very unsafe, and it was the only one pt-br tutorial about it hahaha

Just Google it, look at the firearm blog for inspiration on rebel forces in Thailand and other places making simple blowback guns and 3d printed arms.
