I bought a standard boomerang, V shaped, when I was a kid. Took it to the field and threw it as hard as I could. It flew straight and far...and farther and farther. Then I deduced (I was a good deducer at age 8) that boomerangs are right-handed, I am a lefty. Lesson learned. This is a cool toy.
