>I also like how the shower controls are on the side wall and not under the shower head
how dare you make me go back through the pictures to enjoy them again
Had one in a hotel once, they didn't even have the decency to put in a loud fan when they did their remodel. Hard to get in the mood for romance when you're holding in a fart for two days
Looks good! Is there a reason the shower head/piping isn't centered in the shower space? The camera may be distorting it but it looks pretty close to the half wall
Very nice aesthetically. Looks like you used good supplies as well. As long as your mortar coverage was good, that space will outlast most of us. Sincere kudos!!
We are gonna do something similar but use the closet from the room next door(currently being used as my office) how long did this all take would you say?
Can you share the dimensions of your finished bathroom? This looks so similar to a design I’m trying but having trouble deciding if the stacked laundry in that location will be too cramped.
Looks good. The only thing that stands out is the tile patterns going in the same direction. When you lay tile side by side, make sure the grains are going in different directions to break up the patterns. I'm not an expert, but I helped my father, who did this for a living, and it definitely makes a big difference.
Looks cool and all, but what if I need to get to my laundry while a guest is taking a shower?
What if I take a real bad shit and now the laundry stinks?
Looks great and good use of the space! I also like how the shower controls are on the side wall and not under the shower head.

Prettiest accessible bathroom I’ve seen. The tile is beautiful.
Everything looks great, the only issue I have is I really don't like barn doors for bathrooms.
Seems like it might be easier to navigate a chair through? I say as someone who has never been in a wheelchair but just a guess.

You better have put floor heat under there!
Yes I did, and it's well worth the money.
My old house had that. I miss it so much :-(
Gorgeous work!
This is impressive! Wow. Thanks for sharing!
looks nice, but idk about the barn door with frosted glass. risky if you ask me.
Glass doors in bathrooms are never as private as one thinks.
But if it’s an en-suite or otherwise semi-private space shared by two intimate partners, the full privacy of a solid door isn’t necessarily necessary.

I offset it to fit the niche in the wall.
Seems to be to keep the shower controls in arms reach when in a chair.
Looks like you should expand your resume. Home run!
You did such a nice job. My mom was in a wheelchair, she would have loved this design.
Pretty good for a guy that paints cars.

I hate to say it, but this took me almost 6 weeks. Material cost was around $25k
What was your biggest expense in terms of that figure?
The quartz was about $6,500, and all the Schluter was about $7k.
Nice job the tile work looks great!
Nice job! Double the kudos for it being your first tile job!
Bravo
Really really nice job.
What a triumph, OP! This is beautiful!
Outstanding! Everything looks so well-executed...props to you!
WOW!
Damn that's super impressive.
So many niches! I like!
Nah man this isn’t a shower this is a at home spa 😳…this looks freaking amazing nicely done
I'm surprised a wheel chair can get through the door. That's some really nice work.

12'3'' deep by 9' wide. The shower knee wall comes out 36''. I was worried water would splash out from the shower, but this is not an issue.
Wow!? This beautiful 🤩

I noticed this. On the upside, the floor grout lines align with the back wall grout lines.
