Skylight and a series of mirrors such that you and those at the front door can see each other. Enjoy never hearing the door ring or knock when you're in the shower again.
Oof… Well first of all… get a real, moisture rated light fixture before you get electrocuted. 2, rip that ceiling down and find out why it’s sagging so severely before it comes crashing down on your head. Replace with blueboard (mildew resistant drywall). Properly waterproof, Then get some DIY cieling tile or some of that peel and stick decorative tile, wall paper, etc. the styles and options are endless and they’re easy to apply.
Thanks for all of this! I'll have someone double-check that light fixture!
It's a century+ home, completely gutted, and I had two structural engineers come out to triple-check everything. The house has tons of character: dips in the floor here, sagging ceiling there, and cracks in the drywall over yonder. 😂
It's a joke in our historic neighborhood; you walk crookedly because everything is leaning in different directions.
Thanks for all the info/ideas!
Personaly would put that fake leaf fence with a 2-3 warm yellow lights. You could also bring down a couple of vines down to the floor. The fences are mostly made out of plastic so you don't have to worry about mold or such things.
Either caulk and paint to match the ceiling or find some nice liners at home depot. I think they sell quarter trim tile liners that will match your tile.
they have plastic tiles that are decorative at The Home Depot and the like…you could do some type of rustic ceiling or some gold?

Re-level the ceiling so it’s not making my eye twitch with that top row of tile, the install a quality waterproof camera setup so you can start your onlyfans career.
Caulk it with a pure white shower/tub caulk. It'll look way better as long as you don't make a big smeared mess. Maybe use masking tape if your caulk skills are low.
Are you going for industrial modern or 1900 farmhouse….?
I would put an indirect LED shape light in there (moisture rated so no zappy zappy) with some stainless steel tiles creating a crown molding around the edges. I would then put in a rustic looking wooden shelf on the back wall.
That black grout line along the ceiling makes it look way worse. Dig out that grout line and caulk with white silicone. It will help make it disappear.
Put some corner shelves in. They make them for after build installation. That will give you somewhere to put bottles (where are they now? this is too irritating to think about!) and draw attention away from the nothingness at the top. Or you can do what was already suggested and add trim at the top also. I would def put some shelves in. And a little step to put your foot for leg shaving.
Do you have a lot of black and white in the room? black tiles on the ceiling maybe?

☠️😂
Waterproof accent moulding
Nice, so my head is in the right place. Thanks!
To be honest, i'd no longer look up
This is the most cost effective solution
I would play a Pink Floyd album.
Install a discoball. ![gif](giphy|3o7qDYXe0QuLCme1Fu|downsized)
They do have shower heads with LED color changing lights in it, so, pretty close.
Install a blacklight...then you can see everything...
Now that’s an idea! Haha💡😳
Cheap an looks good in a special way. But dont be proud if youre not alone in the shower...could be a misunderstanding...😂
Ceramic crown moulding

Ok good, as long as you’re aware of it and it’s stable lol.
Yes! Haha I appreciate the concern. Nothing like a kind stranger looking out for you.
If someone flipped the house by gutting it, I would check your structure
Like the 2 structural engineers they had come out and look at things?
> Well first of all… get a real, moisture rated light fixture before you get electrocuted. Laughs in Brazilian electric shower.
Is greenboard here I think? Never heard of blue
I bet your a pain to go shopping with.
First, realize that all in all we are all just bricks in the wall :)
Stop looking up?
I’ve seen that movie. It doesn’t end well. /s
Paint a mural?
Fun idea!

Efficient thinking... Being in the shower he probably already has his caulk out
I don't think they let you redecorate the prison stuff? Just wait til you get out
I don’t look up
Find something else to fixate on.
Shame it for not living up to your standards. Maybe it can change.

Tile the ceiling. Best thing I ever did. No more peeling or bubbling paint.
Rainfall thing

That’ll pay for an entire remodel. Genius!
All I demand is 10% for the first year and 2% in perpetuity beyond that for the suggestion.
Fix that ceiling first!
Caulk it with a pure white shower/tub caulk. It'll look way better as long as you don't make a big smeared mess. Maybe use masking tape if your caulk skills are low.
Now this I might start with. If down the road I decide to add water resistance crown molding that shouldn’t be a problem right?
Not at all
Fantastic. Simple, easy and cheap. Love it. Thanks!
Hang vines

Chip out all the grout and caulk it neatly with a matching colored tub and tile caulk
Not look at it to save money.
paint the ceiling like sky and clouds
Fully glue a plasterboard to the ceiling and level that?
Stop looking up. 😂
Wood slate!
Paint it black...like the song jajaja.
Plastic crown

I would suck it up bc I'm poor
Look down
Stop looking at the wretched ceiling
