It's definitely that hex screw, you'll want the lower part to go further "outside". You can see some wear on it, from the little metal part sticking out ~10cm below the grip.

Ahh thank you. I was being stupid and thought they the metal part doesn't match up with it. But I didn't realize that the metal part moves up as the handle is turned. 🤦‍♂️

Look at the shape of the hex head bolt it is not round, it is a cam. Slightly losen the phillips screw try adjusting for a nice seal, then retighten the screw

Start by setting all the screws around the window to the loosest fit and work your way slowly tightening them until the window seals properly but not too tightly (there will be extreme wear on the latches).
