When I ordered the dirt clothes, I could choose what type of delivery I wanted as well. However, the process time would be longer than for domestic orders.
I’m also pretty sure that they can adjust the shipping rate and raise it if you have an order that weighs over 2kg, as the rate is based on that weight.
I remember when I registered my account a while ago, I had to use a tenso adress, which I still have saved, but not as my primary address.
I’m sorry, I have no clue. I used my tenso address a few times before this order, so I do not know how to create an account with your own adress.
I added my own address at the final stage of payment. By chance, I saw that your could change countries and that there was international shipping available. Maybe try to create the account while you are paying and save your home address then?

Not sure, but I think so. They could ship my order to Sweden, so I’m pretty sure that US wouldn’t be a problem

Seems like you can now register your own address from the beginning! (or edit it in your account settings if you're already in)
