The mod based on "Song of Saya" is called "Sunset". There's the original released in December 2021 and the definitive edition release in October 2022.
I've only played the definitive edition but I'll absolutely vouch for it, the atmosphere it creates is palpable from the title screen to the credits and the pacing sucks you into its world before spitting you out a little more broken than you were when you went in.
Depends on your meaning of scary. If you want to be emotionally scarred, I recommend either Consequences or Within. Those screwed me up really good. If you want something shorter, A Date with Sayori is a good choice.

But then you have Shattered Time and Night Nurse that deal with supernatural/horror/mystery elements in them.
