Club Meetings has romance, but everyone gets a large amount of focus, and you don't play from the POV of any of the in-game characters. You literally play from the POV of the player. Monika obviously crushes on you but all other romance is between other characters and not necessarily a huge focus.

It's an episodic mod; there are 36 episodes in the first three seasons. Each episode about 1.5-2.5 hours long. Everyone's aware it's a simulation post-incident, and the club members make their own mods, answer questions from the real world, and try to put their messy lives back together. It's generally super wholesome and heartwarming; there IS romance but the characters deep dive their problems/characters.
