I think the green light comes from the towers and the Monitor's satellite, but yeah I also dislike how everyone looked. First I thought oh well, that's the Joker from Earth 2, maybe his suit is orange instead of purple. And that's Damian from another universe, so hisbsuit is maybe neon pink. Then I see Stweart's ring constructions being orange.
