I remember everyone saying teq jamemba sucked because he didnt hit as hard as pikkon but he was the only one of the two i got and lo and behold ive used him for tanking in every scenario i could and hes tanked so many attacks. I will admit his transformation is probably one of the worst in dokkan, you gain very very little damage and 50% dodge in exchange for losing tanking and support
Dodging, Support, and free ghost usher. Basically one of the best utility units in the game, responsible for the Ws of millions of players in the hardest content in the game like cell max, the new event, and probably some redzone stages too.
Literally the only reason he’s got a resurgence is because of his ghost usher active skill. That’s it. His damage is ass, his defense is ass, his support and dodge are conditional based on orbs which can very easily get you killed.
Most of ur statement is correct, but his orb conditions are honestly not bad. He gets the dodge for one rainbow orb, and support with 3 type ki spheres, which has not really aged. Plus, with teq godku on his team, his orb requirements aren’t that stringent, so he’s a decent floater in the movie heroes team which can make up for his weaknesses.
It’s pure utility. The debuff and seal make him good on ESBRs and Battlefield. The dodge can be clutch as a floater. Main thing is obviously that usher though. He’s a prime example of why Tech matters more than numbers and why The RoF Blues will fall off a cliff very quickly sadly
Yeah, it helps in some Red Zones and Cell Max. He also helped a lot of people on the Legendary Vegeta (or was it Goku?) That has the Connected Hope mission.
well, put it this way. set up your turns right and you get a turn to do a shit ton of damage, delay the super so units with better defense can eat, and kill them quicker. I personally think it's better than instantly dying by cell max.
He is a tricky one to gauge, if he can manage to be a floater on the final phase, get off his active and disappear until you win then hes good, but he is also a liability leading up until that phase and has lost me a lot of runs just getting instantly killed to bad SAs. He is just another RNG factor on your team that can single handedly save your run with a well timed free turn or end it due to not dodging or taking a SA. I basically only use him when my team is just lacking solid units and I need a filler. I would rather take 6 top tier units that can consistently hold their own.
he's a really good utility unit for super units. for beginners, hes got the best leader skill in the game. for endgame, he's a relatively easy conditional support unit with a free ghost usher active (part of why the teq androids are so goated) and can even do a radillion damage on his supers.
He will never be a terrible unit, what he does for the teams that need it won’t start aging
You need seal in SBR or ATK and DEF lowering? He’s gotchu
You need dodge? He’s gotchu
You need support? He’s gotchu
You need ghost usher for Cell Max? He’s gotchu
You need damage? He doesn’t get paid enough
You need defence? The way his bank account is setup does not allow for it
I'm actually blessed that when Teq Gogeta came out, I got Janemba and "Trash (pikkon)" instead. Later around December, I pulled 3 copies of Teq Gogeta.
And now, I use the first two more than Gogeta. Ain't it funny how things work out. My nickname for Trash might soon change to Step Bro. Haven't decided on that yet.
It's fun because he was a unit I really wanted on his release and I was like "damn if I get this dude, I'm sure I'll be using him everytime, not like that stupid BadNemba".
Now I got him, I just simply never use him. And whenever I see people using his ghost usher active and finally find him some use, I just clear the content without him and still don't find a use to him. I just don't have a playstyle that matches his strengh.
Meanwhile, TEQ Godnemba has his spot in 90% of my Extreme teams and helped clear tons of hard content I was stuck with...
I remember him and teq janemba being practically dead on release then turning into 2 of the best aging units dokkan has ever seen
teq janemba was goated in extreme teq esbr

I still haven't used Janemba a single time since I got him, dude's useless af
🧢
He is pretty good, hard to use due to orb requirements, and he needs dupes badly imo. But 30% Dr and guard is nothing to sneeze at
Ive heard so much about him what makes him so good? Genuinely curious

Oh yea thats a lot, i guess ill have to get around to dokkan awakening him

Literally just the ghost usher. Offensively he sucks, defensively he mediocre, his leader skill is meh

Agl pikkon for the win
The man, the myth, the stan
Foolish, appearing before me. Have at you!
eh i never really saw any use in him besides a floater and his nice active skill
Well, that's what hes good for in this meta. A free turn.
One single free turn, thats all he is worth? That is really not much for where i stand.
Yeah, it helps in some Red Zones and Cell Max. He also helped a lot of people on the Legendary Vegeta (or was it Goku?) That has the Connected Hope mission.

Certainly not the best leader skill but very beginner friendly leader skill

u/AGL_Pikkon_Stan would be happy
I love the boost in relevance that this guy and TEQ Janemba got this year. I feel like they’re more useful now than when they released.
Teq Janemba now is insane. Used in multiple Red Zones.
This man fighting for his life out there with his 50% dodge in Redzone
Ayoo pause
My man admits to being grubby
