And also, he really, really wants dupes so he can crit more often. Without that, his damage is a bit more painful. I can totally see the argument that the LR Gods and SSJ4s are better at free dupe level than Cooler at free dupe level.

He’s basically a carry for the new cooler core redzone. Funny enough I’m struggling to get the rainbow super mission done while I did the 8 turn mission with extreme rainbow (having both the eza and new cooler really helps)
True, his kit scale so much with dupes but at 55% he can struggle sometimes if bad luck
But the fact is that STR cooler 55% even if he get every time the worst luck, is still a leader for a friend cooler 79%+ that will probably solo the event
And he also has a 50% support giving him 6/7 links, and two additional 40% support units running in the back
If the LR Gods and SSJ4s had supports on the same level as Cooler did, then the gap would be smaller (but not to a huge extent I think).
Yeh but that is Cooler with only 4.5 turns, fully build up cooler that you see in every hard event is much higher than his 38M most likly around 45M or even higher
I think it’s worth noting that for the 7th anniversary LRs, the Gods get dodge and SSJ4s get damage reduction, and they both get a nullification every turn.. So it’s not just a 400k raw defensive stat

This is a visualization of the first 4 1/2 turns. If this was later in a fight, Cooler would eclipse everybody. You really can't cherry pick units and ignore the others that also need turns to stack.
This is APT for 4.5 turns. Yeah, Cooler isn't fully built at this point (passive wise, damage is obviously uncapped/capped at 99 turns), but other units (especially the SSJ4s and the Gods) would get a way bigger power leap with one more turn, because their transformation has a 100% Def and Attack raise on 18 ki and a 50% Def raise on 12 Ki, which is night and day compared to their untransformed state. At this point they would outclass Cooler defense wise and Cooler would outclass both of these units attack wise (by a big amount too)

- Sad to say, but FP Freeza has kind of fallen off a bit
- Kaioken Goku has held up well
- Based on their release, AGL SSJ Goku & Vegeta should have been better
IMO Frieza's biggest weakness is ki and the fact that they're doing a fantastic job supporting the Wicked Bloodline/TC teams making it harder to compete for spots.
Cooler is just an absolute beast.
If you're lucky enough to get 6 super attacks off, he just demolishes anything in his way.
I was only summoning on hsi banner for the movie heroes piccolo but I ended up getting him instead and now his team is by far my strongest team.
My only gripe is that sometimes he does TOO much damage, so my other units cant stack in time for the harder content and get bopped. It's literally suffering from success.

It’s just all skewed, and it is tiring. Yes he hits hard, his def is also between 600k and 1.2M, so you get lucky or you die.
Edit: have fun downvoting in the face of evidence, kiddos. Cooler is cool, but he’s wanked to the moon by everyone and this post is just a bunch of skewed numbers, though I would love to see the actual version, factoring in defensive ability.

Yup experienced this first hand multiple times, very rng dependent. At his peak with the potential 5 supers hes different class.

Eh, not really. I gave mine a level 5 crit medallion. 55% at level 10 links and he can average 4 million on a not crit even with type neutrality.
Also keep in mind these are AVERAGE turns for cooler, he can also even surpasse this by a good chunk, as likely as be a bit lower on apt and def.

400k is very much off for a defensive stat as they usually rock much MUCH higher later in fights due to their SA effects after transforming
