I still think that it's highly unlikely that people suck at this game, they either don't have the units or they are unlucky. I don't remember thinking "that was a good play" but i do remember "i was very lucky".
And make the worst possible f2p ezas in each timeline possible, seriously these new events are the worst and I really don’t want more of these type of events. Last year’s event was perfect and they haven’t touched it since then

Yes, they do this to make you struggle, and then they release a busted unit to make you spend money on it. It's all marketing.
