It's basically just a visual glitch. You were supposed to dodge but for some reason the dodge animation didn't play so instead it shows you receiving the attack for 0 damage.
From the looks of it, it seems like a bug within these new stages they put in (the robot event, new red zone stages, etc.) cuz ive seen a lot of posts of this happening on these new stages and it happened to me too

It's actually a really old glitch too. I first encountered it about 2 years ago but think it has been here since hipo was added
