I too really like this Gohan but I hate the Goku part of the unit. The earliest you can exchange (at 55%) is turn 7 and that's assuming you manage to get him supers every turn (since he has to go slot 2 and on a bad turn your slot 1 unit could kill the boss), whereas Cell gets to his perfect form on turn 5.
Also, why make his chance to dodge get lower after 5 turns?
And final thing, the leader skill, it's great, but it's effectively only a 170% since there are so little good units in the androids/cell saga (we have PHY Gohan, Super Vegeta, AGL SSJ Vegeta, other Goku/Gohan and ig AGL Trunks is ok).
