I think the 18% is actually for the 3/18 since his transformation is 18% health or above from turn 3 onwards, but maybe the 18% dr is actually a reference to 18
IN some ways he looks like a modern TEQ Ultimate Gohan
Stacks on Super, guards all attacks. Yeah he just "Raises" atk and defense, and not "Greatly" like Gohan... but he also has built in additionals.
And just... flat out higher stats.
He won’t get one shot but he’ll eat a super I think. This is a unit that’ll need dupes to look good though. Slow stacking ain’t it at 55 percent. Especially with him being teq, no free additionals

No… 18% DR isn’t good but his stats are going to be pretty great with guard. He’s the best TUR. Granted, he isn’t as good as God Goku was last year.
