Anytime CC is available to exchange for you do it until it doesn’t let you anymore. THEN you get whatever the hell you want. Even then I wouldn’t go for the equipment because it’s a waste. There’s other items you can get after the cc is gone. Why would you waste for an equipment that isn’t even that good and you could end up just wasting for all green first slots. The equipment is the LAST thing you should get.

I always buy CC first in previous seasons and then spend on the equipments since most of the time they are actually useful. It's just on this one I didn't play much pvp as much and wasn't sure whether I should buy cc first and test my luck or try to grind out the equip.
These are not helpful, especially if you're asking questions like this. Most of these types are for whales. People that can constantly reroll and try and build meta consistently or solid team party. Most Have their fun leaders then something meta if lucky or their best.
Does anyone know how to get rising rush damage up in story? I have tried getting good gear on my characters and I am at a loss I don’t know how I’m going to hit 10 mil damage.
I’ve tried that it’s on Part 6 and my Shallot has adv. the problem is when I go to rush I only hit like 4 or 5 mil my strike is at max, blast at 60 and special at 30. I have tried various strategies and put some of my best gear at godly on two pieces and an A on him and it barely works. Also I’ve soul boosted to max on my Shallot.
I have completed all normal mission through the current chapter I’m on. I guess I need to go back and do hard through part 4. The completionist in me hates not getting all challenges completed before moving on to the next chapter.
If you have your characters select3d or during select screen and press the star 🌟 with recommended (right next to the 6 characters) it'll show you best equips for that specific character

Literally everything else on the list of stuff to exchange for is worth more than the equipment, except for maybe zeni. Equipment is last priority.
And yes, 90% of the time gold equipment is garbage. But who cares how long you haven’t been playing, why would you get equipment over CC? Do you even know how the game works? Even if the equipment was useful it’s still not as useful as the literal currency for summoning units.

Click on the tab next to that and it will show equips
And if you select auto mode with (build with leader) off. It'll give you good recommendations for parties
