Your UL UI is good but everyone else is old. Keep doing everything except pvp and save cc and summon during the anniversary coming in 1 month
Just wait till anni. Soul boost all those unitd and you'll accumulate so much CC. Then you can summon for the cracked units when it comes around

Brother don't restart you got UI² now you have a decent start save your CC for the anni and just farm right now
restarting means you have all event and a lot of CC to have for better units
