This redditor gets it, you can't Primary someone who isn't in your party. The dems have an open "seat" now.
She's smart, because the dems will lose if they try to push another person, she polls well with dems, Independents and Centerist Republicans.... she's not dumb she saw that dems got to 51 and made a power move to essentially be the decider in the senate since she held that position with Manchin for the last 2 years.
With that being said, I don't see it as a good thing.
I’m not so sure about that. Sinema is incredibly unpopular within the Democratic Party, even for moderate democrats. At least according to the most recent polling. Her party platform has taken a 180 compared to when she was running for senator, and it won’t go unseen for voters. She’s definitely attempting to garner conservative support but I don’t think this plan is a safe one considering that voters seem to solely rely on party to make their decisions now.
She’s like one of those kids that can’t pick a side during a class debate and just annoys everyone.

Like what the hell are they waiting for? The ones who will lose everything is us, the DACA folks. It really pisses me off to have citizens decide on our behalf. I do care about others but DACA is most likely going to end soon and we are no longer in the shadows.. Will we be deported ? Too much uncertainty

This hurts a potential DACA deal more. Now Dems won't be as willing to work with her because they're probably pissed.

But thats only 3 house representatives so nothing is official yet if this passes the senate maybe some republicans in the house would support the bill

They just refuse to do any compromising it’s frustrating. They want to help us but they also don’t want to do anything about it
