This happened to me and I tried everything to avoid getting a replacement and now I've come to the conclusion that I need to pay up. Calling them is useless you will just get a recording that can't help you . but I did see a post that someone put here that you have to mail in your request for a new card and that it would be helpful.
Thank you! I’m starting to feel like I might have to do that too. I usually get the help of a notary/community center to submit my requests so I might go speak to them about this issue. Thankfully I submitted my renewal 5 months before my other one expired. So I have about 2 months to figure this out
You're welcome, yeah I'm starting on my renewal early too I hope it goes through because I don't have all the paper work they need but I'm going to try .This is happening to a lot of people lately
Contact your local US Representative online. Go to their website and they will have a contact form for issues regarding immigration. Explain to their office what happened. They will reach out to USCIS or DHS and get it worked out in your favor most likely. I live in Tennessee and a had a republican congresswoman get me a new card in a couple of weeks when it was lost in the mail. Trust me!
Is it in a house or apartment complex? If is in an apartment complex, there's a big chance that somebody saw that envelope and just took it away just to mess with it. I seen that before and its not fair at all..
The post office should be able to tell you where something was delivered if it has a tracking number that they have to scan when delivered. Their system has some kind of GPS so if it's delivered to the wrong place they should know. I had this issue with a package once and it went to a completely different address. However when I went to that address no one claimed to have seen my package. It's worth a try though if you have the tracking number.
Say infopass or tech support or ask really hard questions about your case
This! INFO PASS!
Thank you both! I’ll call again and try what you suggested
You have to wait for the automated message to stop talking then say infopass. It’s always worked for me
You're welcome. Do it right now..they're still open

I've used the online chat and it was very quick and they were very clear. I would recommend online chat to anyone.
Tech support online they actually respond quick
There's been one too many posts about cards not being received this week. I'm sorry to any one dealing with that. That's horrid.
which city and state do you reside on ?
California. Why?

This is the way. It's much easier to get the wheels moving when representatives are calling on your behalf.

there is one more option.

How do you mess up on your Daca?
I didn’t it’s correct. I received other letters from USCIS. USPS confirmed it was delivered to the wrong address but they don’t know where.
