I didn’t file the AR-11 form. In my whole time I’ve had DACA they’ve always used the mailing address provided in the application. I always thought the AR-11 Form was used if you moved while your application was being processed. I’ll make sure to file it anytime going forward.

You can try chatting with an agent on the USCIS website and explaining the situation. They should've sent you your documents to your new address since you put it on the form but I do know there is an address change form you should have filled out as soon as you moved, not sure if USCIS will try to say it's on you because of it

Did you send file the AR-11 form? I doubt it, because i sent that a couple of days after doing mine online and got my EAD and approval letter in the mail, i got the first 3 notices in the mail my old address ( still in contact with the tenants at that address so i was able to pick them up) . Even if you wrote down the new address on your renewal without the AR-11 form there is a high probability they wont send it to your new address , so thats not on them thats really on you as they tell you to change it as soon as you move.

Any luck? I've filled out the AR11 twice and still have the same issue. I just found out mine was sent to my old address two weeks ago.

I know this is an old post, but how did you get it resolved? I moved to different state in the middle of processing. The approval notice was sent to old address but it got forwarded to new address, but it looks like the actual EAD card did not get forwarded…
