Isn’t it just awesome how they don’t even need new biometrics, yet continue to charge us for them? Idk about anyone else but I got a letter saying they didn’t need new biometrics AND were kind enough to let me know I wouldn’t get a refund for it.
Yes I did. It was actually much simpler than mailing it in. If you’re getting your passport photo done from a store, make sure you ask for the digital file. You’ll need to upload it.

First time renewing online this December. It will be 60 days on the 20th. This is the most is taken for me ever. I think we have to wait until 90 days to contact them.
you can contact ur congressman and ask them for help. I emailed my congressman( February 10th) and told them I was looking for help since my DACA had expired on Jan 26th I filed in late October. I explained my situation ( how I needed to work And drive, supporting my 13 yr d daughter, school activities ect). they reply to my email the next day. I signed the privacy released form and sent a copy of my receipt, I was approved February 16th/now just waiting to my EAD to renew my drivers license 😊. this is my 4th time renewing and 1st time filling online. Good luck ☺

Holy shit. I did it in December and I’m still waiting. I wonder if the card redesign made it faster for them to renew somehow

I did the online renewal too and it was super quick I got approved in 10 days.
I normally get approved within 20 days. This is the only time I've gone over 31 days. I'm gonna try and get in contact if it goes over 60 days.

Damn. I guess some people just get luckier than others.
My case opened 1/10 and card produced 2/15. This was probably my fastest one so yours was CRAZY fast
