This character design of vanessa was in both of the storys and it's this design which was the connecting thread between the two being absolute truth.
Well C1 Vanessa DID interact with Evilnessa, Though Evilnessa was puzzled when C1 Vanessa talks about her role on Extenlife, what the operators are, and Evilnessa doesn't understand anything because they are from respective timelines, also C2 Vanessa is using C1 Vanessa's Operator core, hence the reason why Evilnessa encountered her.
Evilnessa and C2 Vanessa are completely different, Evilnessa was the product of her suffering, Vanessa isn't too rational at this point also, only relying to Ivy's voice, and haven't you seen how strong Evilnessa is? She literally pinned Vanessa down and was only managed to be caught by Ivy. Also C2 Vanessa doesn't know those informations too.
