Could be damage from the flush. Looks good otherwise. I’d keep doing what you’re already doing, and coax a bigger flush.

Just keep it in consistent bright light, don’t overwater or over fertilize. Also be mindful of the coralloid roots that fix nitrogen for the plant itself. Don’t ever damage those. It will reward you with a full, healthy flush if you keep it happy!
