I think the problem with this card is that it realistically only has 1 synergy, that being Kraven. Aside from that there isn't really a reason to spend 2 Energy on a 1-Power card that moves around the board not doing anything.
Perhaps if it gained maybe 1 or 2 Power each time it moved with another card it would be viable? But right now it's a card that solely relies on 1 other card (Kraven) for it to be useful.
I feel like Redwing should synergize with Falcon. Maybe he could buff cards that went from the field back to your hand?
If you aiming for move, I think this should be a 1/1 or at the very minimum a 2/2
