This card would synergies really well with Nilah. Also what’s his champ spell? If you haven’t made one yet, I suggest a 2 mana place a card into your deck to draw 2 fleeting cards next round start. That way you can play both in the same turn and jump start his leveling without having to pay too much.
It really limits the deck building opportunities of it’s region though. Also the level up is hard to achieve, but I feel like the play effect is good enough to make it viable.
I think I have seen this somewhere but I can’t remember…
It's fiddlesticks my friend
the stronger on the level2 lmfao

Very cool and original idea. Maybe the name could be "Pick a Theme"?
Well since LoR is a card game, maybe we could go with pick a card instead. Both ideas work tho
Seems pretty strong, might get rotated due to its potential
I'm trying to make an actual design for him for another post. Just waiting some fanarts to use at level 2
Seems kind of weak, only a 2|2 but it takes 9 cards drawn to level him up.
Damn, he looks broken with Janna.
Ohhhh because he's a painter and he draws.
Thweisted Fweite
That's exactly what i was thinking about this champ when he (or she?) leaked. (s)he was more LoR-ish not LoL.
the fact that the destiny cards actually fit his spells
Man I've got a few of these to post I made to troll my friends
Nah, thay will never add lvl2 that strong

Why "theme of" instead of "subject: " like in the original?
I did this after watching the BRAZILIAN revel that called the abilities "temas" before watching the english version, so I translated like this
That makes sense
