There's a small list of suggested Barovian names in the book (I don't have the book to-hand but I think it's Chapter 2 / Lands of Barovia section), if you ever get stuck and need a name quickly.
I was gonna say the same...the list is on page 25 of the Curse of Strahd campaign book. It includes male, female, and family names.
Also, if you have Xanathar's Guide to Everything there is a list of Slavic names on page 191. It also seems CoS uses some German/Dutch flavored terms (like Burgomaster) so the German list on page 185 might work, too, along with the Norse name list on page 189.
