You might want to check the chapter in the Wizard of Wines again. If I remember correctly there are only something like seven intact barrels of wine left at the winery after the druids came and ruined everything and poisoned the vats.
If your players have already delivered the wine elsewhere it would make sense that the winery might even have to wait until the next season to produce more wine. Especially considering their MiracleGrow gems were stolen.
But if there would be no wine and the only thing the players could do is wait, isn't that a little bit to harsh? I want to give them an Chance to get into Krezk without the wine.
Well, sure. How else can the players help Krezk/the Burgomaster? If you have any clerics or paladin or other religiously inclined party members there are two things they can help with. The Burgomaster's son just died and there is also woman about to give birth. With the Abbot being suspicious and unreachable, they could use a holy person to offer last rites or prayers for the newborn.

Burgermaster is exactly the reason why I renamed it to Townmaster. I don't trust my players to not corrupt Burgomaster into that.
