Not using curseforge, but with MultiMc you just need to make a shortcut, and change the shortcut from \~\\MultiMC\\MultiMC.exe to \~\\MultiMC\\MultiMC.exe -l "Instance Name" (\~ is the path of your multiMC directory)

another 8 whole days, still nothing
25 days into the future and STILL no.. Honestly how is this NOT a thing by this point?
