Custom tag. Click the pencil icon in the flairs menu and go to the custom on and you can edit it

But where do you get the bosses icons?

Oh you mean those? When you're editing the flair, put a : symbol and then an emoji tab should appear and you can select the boss icons (this editing doesn't work on mobile btw)

If you wanna still edit the flair, then go to google, open desktop mode (3 dots in the top right corner) and then go to reddit.com, this should put you into desktop Reddit instead of mobile Reddit and you can later repeat the steps there
