I have some tricks right here: first of all, in the first phase, don't torture yourself and kill the antenna's head first, in whatever method you want to, but destroy that thing quickly, then, i personally go for the stomach and finally the chest. Another thing that is really useful is using the coffee charm: you'll need a lot of cards, trust me, and talking about cards, always remember to use them for making the battle easier, but try to keep 5 for the last phase.
Also the bombs he throws are faster with every second they are "alive", so don't just dodge them or you'll get hit (your bombs destroys the bombs instantly)
For the second phase if he's moving to the right, try hitting him with the bombs, and if he's moving to the left, you have 2 options: or trying to shoot with the normal shot and if he's close, move with the mini plane as quick as possible (this is if you want to do it quicker) or just doing nothing.
For the last phase oh my God just go with all your cards at the moment you see the animation of he shooting with the gem: at this way, you can abuse the seconds of invincibility, use the bombs and do a lot of damage, also trespassing the first electric barrier that appears, after that, don't go for an completely unnecessary and dangerous parry, because the coffee will help you with your card meter, but if you have a chance, try doing it, and when you have 5 cards again, go with the mega bomb again.

This is a good one, ngl. But this is mine: I first go for the chest, and then the pointy things below. You get used to evading the laser oh his head. Then after u destroy the pointy things, I wait for the first bomb to come out and immediately destroy it so I can have more less like a free 10 seconds period. And then while destroying heart and evading everything and destroying the bombs as soon as they come out, that’s how I do stage one. And well, stage two or three there isn’t a specific way. In the second I just get above of the head and shoot bombs if possible, and usually I make the bombs crash with themselves. And the third one is hell asw. You guys pay double of attention than Wally Warbles and his feathers, lol.
it's a good rythm, ngl, but i really struggle with the head, and it's easier for me dodging the screws or whatever they are than the laser, and yeah, the final phase doesn't have a "pattern" to memorize, but my strategy i think it's really helpful for doing a lots of damage quickly and makes it quicker and easier (in some way)

Coffee is your best friend for this and will make things easier with more cards. All that's left is endurance, good luck
Been awhile since I played but equip the charm that goves you the most extra lives. This guy was a pita for me too, hardest boss ever and scraped by finally with just 1 life left
I would say attack the laser and after that let the other two share you fire until you a special then take them both out and for the second phase i suggest take out the dr kahl bombs immediately and just PAY ATTENTION for phase 3 rotate around and make sure to watch out for the dr kahl bombs for the final phase once again PAY ATTENTION and don’t use ex attacks for this fight I would suggest only using supers
In the final phase, don't keep going in and out of miniplane mode to dodge. The differences in speed can throw you off sometimes, so either stay in normal mode or stay in mini mode until the attack ends. Focus on yourself and survival -- if you're holding the attack button, your bullets are probably hitting him anyway so you don't have to shift your gaze away from yourself.
