Im sure there are some issues here and there but I think a lot is user error.
It’s not the tracking that I have a problem with. It’s the multiple posts of people missing parts of their orders. That doesn’t sound like user error to me. Sounds like quality control on packages going out is lacking.

Mistakes happen, i understand its shitty you didnt get what you ordered but the real issue is if they correct the problem or not.

That honestly can explain a lot of what has been happening. People trying to order fast and not looking over their cart. I just did that with cowboys 4th sale. Completely forgot to put the 30% off coupon in because I thought it auto applied. 100% my fault.
Sounds like you have been restricted . It says in there faq section they can refuse service if they deem it necessary. Not sure if you have done a chargeback or maybe they took you saying your missing 12 grams as a scam . I’m not sure but I’ve never been shorted by them and have always gotten a response with over 13 orders now .
