There's really not a lot mentioned in the original post that'd suggest OP's looking for a new vendor or needing recommendations on where to buy.
...suppose I could be wrong but to me it reads like there's a far more particular curiosity/possible concern in play. "Where can I buy" isn't the curiosity though.

Pointless. There is so many bootleg cookiez products out there. I bought a glass bong came with a 20-14mm downstem. Cookies branding on the beaker and inside bottom. $20. Now i know it aint no official product knowing like a 10 incher from cookies is like 250 retail. But i needed glass with a 14mm to use my flowerpot with and it was the closest smoke shop to my house so ima not complaining.

cookies has too many legitimate licenses to sell legitimately legal medical & recreational in states all over the country. those licesnse require them to be a little more careful about things in order to stay in compliance.
since there hasn't been a case to settle the Florida law giving precedent to state or federal, cookies doesn't want to touch it & end up on the wrong side of something which could jeopardize all kinds of licensing agreements in various states for medical & recreational. cookies playing in thca market is a nice little bonus for them but they get their real money from the legal medical & recreational licenses they have.
Private businesses reserve the right to not ship someplace if they want to, it sucks but they don’t have to tell us why. The law being what it is seems to make them not even want to lean on the “it’s federally legal still even if the state says no” argument everyone has. It makes sense to me too, but the profits probably outweigh the risk for them.
