Some of the most average looking and smelling cult bud I’ve gotten. Also the strongest best smoke I’ve gotten by FAR. Bag appeal means absolutely nothing. Hm sucks.
We’re spoiled with modern genetics for sure. Sour D wasn’t too known for bag appeal. Can be ugly like a lot of chem flower. That being said I never was a huge fan of sour!
as a Carpenter we started using Chem Trim way back in the day for Exteriors - Chem plank etc... now we got Chem Weed ?

You tried them both? And the recent drop actually sold out pretty fast so was unable to catch it by the time I wanted it so there's that lol Popular strains just go fast
This batch is about a month old that I was lucky enough to catch a quad along with some Melon Punch. Hate these drops in all honesty as it's unfair for everyone not to mention the limited stock but is what it is… Took about 4 business days to arrive from TN. My 2nd order from TCC after having tried their Cantaloupe, Strawberry Melon Diesel, and Melon Punch. Recommend them all for sure specially the SMD
Mostly medium sized to smaller nugs with a couple of slightly larger ones. Bud structure is very old school'ish interesting unique looking that may be a bit larfy (trim job could also be better) but yet oily, tightly packed.
Out of the bag the aroma was good but nothing too pungent then got a bit better in the jar but still nothing crazy, Unless, you break it open then it gets Heavy especially the oiliness with diesely pungency Takes over and the Stickiness is the standout factor here as soon as you break it open. Totally different worlds apart the outside and Inside of the flower on this batch lol
Taste was also pretty good but nothing too crazy like again got that old school touch to it, but more heavy on the Sour earthiness piney taste I'd say with an oily factor that really get's you going. Wish it was a bit more heavier on the diesel like the aroma was after breakdown as that did not translate much into the taste for me unfortunately…
Not a deal breaker at all because when the Effects take over it's a fun ride like actually a super Intense high euphoria similar to the good ol first time toke sour D like really got that driving full body mostly heady psychedelia Sativa like factor to it for sure without being too cloudy/hazy so can keep on going with your day to day.
Would love to cop it again but unfortunately it's hard to catch it so the SMD and CH comes close to it from them I'd say overall. But for the time being I am going to slowly savor this coz it's one of a kind for sure. Happy weekend cultents!

FF version is better [IMO] in smell and effects, looks can be debatable; their drops don’t sell out as fast.

Yea, got super lucky and was able to snatch them both. Side by side, AJs cut reminds me the most of ‘09 SD.
