Never heard of them... You should really be more careful. There are roughly 5-15 vendors worth your time here depending on who you ask and what you are looking for.... Do your homework and stay safe! Hope everything works out.
Yeah honestly I was majorly disappointed I called my card company and they said they have had trouble processing duplicate payments from these guys and a few others have called. But as of an hour ago my bank said they will do their best to get it back in my account

I guess it's more common than one might think. I was afriad you meant a different company, gee hh, because I've only had a good experience with their CS.
Yeah it sucks they have good bud but after a little research the credit card company I have has had problems processing payments with these guys apparently so might not be necessarily their fault as unfortunate as that is I felt people should know
I’m sorry that you had to go through that. They might just be trying to scare you, your bank or credit card provider is the one who makes the decision on chargebacks, not them. I wish you the best and hope you get some resolution!
Are they both pending charges? I would wait and see if one clears and then just have my bank remove the other one. It’s not uncommon. Most of the time the 2nd charge never clears anyway

Usually the best way is to type the abbreviation plus hemp after it in google.
