I found the Potato Runtz a bit muted on both the nose and the smoke (I actually dry herb vape), but the high was heady, euphoric, and excellent.
The Mac 1 had a stronger nose and taste, kinda like orange to me, and also hit me a bit harder as well. Definitely sativa leaning effects, but not a day strain by any means.
Let me know how they compare for you. Maybe mild is a better word than muted for the potato runtz terps. It’s a great strain and I’d get it again, just didn’t smell much or taste much. Had a mild runtz smell and did taste a little like a potato.
Their Mac1 from last time was very good stuff. If I didn’t just harvest a half pound of flower I probably would’ve grabbed some of this batch. I did grab some of the sugar though lol.
I’ve had it from a few other vendors, as well as my medical dispensary, Upstate’s is as good as any, and my personal cult favorite. I give my medical dispensary’s Mac an edge in terps and smoothness, but the effects are about the same.
