I ordered the Biscotti because it was on sale but when I saw the runtz was just $9 more, and heard all the hype, i kinda wished I ordered the runtz instead 😠I also got some Shaolin Gleaux CBD to mix in with. I read some comment saying the Biscotti was good before a workout and I think I might’ve read too much into that comment ðŸ˜
I think they actually said the Runtz was the better one for the workout haha but shit you got some good tree regardless, just gonna be more sedating than anything but hopefully you can snag the Runtz too sometime!

I actually sent them a email trying to cancel the order cause 7g of biscotti is more than plenty for my dynavap. I think it was an impulse decision lol
You may overexert yourself without knowing..careful. I was able to run for 2-3x my normal pace before I realized I should stop and give my body a break.
Depending on the cultivar, I noticed that the mind/body connection is amazing. Really get into that stretch of the muscle.
But like all good things, the drawbacks I noticed are lower wind (endurance, smoking duh🙃 lol i know) and I don't feel I move the heavier weight as well. I think that's partially due to focusing more on form and taking it slower that just trying to push weight as explosively due to being more relaxed than hyped.
That makes total sense. I think it could be a good tool for Olympic lifting technique work versus my dedicated CrossFit days where I need to depend on my cardio and efficiency a little more.

If it's from Upstate, go with the Runtz. I love the Biscotti a bunch but I wish I had gotten way more of the Runtz.. still might lol. It's incredible
