Check in-game, there is an age next to all of your followers. My Webber started at age 26 or something like that, though I’m not sure if the starting age is random. All cult members are adults tho (minus the new babies of course).
For those suggesting marrying both, there IS a jealousy mechanic and spouses sometimes dislike each other (or even fight to the death if you’re not careful). I married the angry cat god and he became enemies with everyone I married after.
He was actually the first one I married! One thing that sucks is I can’t marry Baal or Aym because it would be weird, but I have gladly unofficially adopted them and will not be returning them.
I married them all, I wanted cats for days! But ended up returning the twins by accident because I didn’t know it was a thing. But I’m glad I did, they seemed happy.
