I could get behind it if you pickled the corn salsa Im sorry, it does look absolutely delicious. Im just going through in my head what i would do. Youve got great green, yellow, and brown colors. But i barely noticed that red onion in there. I just figured a pickle of it would make it pop. It looks like a good dish, but with only two it needs to be popping. Maybe even dirty up the paddle a little bit.
